I had a pleasant stay overall. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the room was clean and well-equipped for our needs. However, there was an annoying issue with the loud air conditioning which disrupted our comfort a bit. The conversations happening outside next to our room also contributed to a less-than-ideal quiet atmosphere. Still, the king bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. On one hand, the location is truly beautiful and perfect for relaxation with a lovely pool to unwind after a long journey. On the other hand, my initial impression of the cabin was disappointing, especially with the heating situation and rude management. While the staff, especially Brodie, provided fantastic service that went above and beyond, the condition of the room was disappointing. We faced issues with inadequate heating and insufficient hot water. Overall, there is a lot of potential for improvement, but there were moments that made our visit enjoyable.
